Seasonal Package Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy is applicable to all seasonal package reservations:

• Advance Payment: A 25% advance payment is required prior to arrival to confirm the reservation.
• Cancellation: The 25% advance payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a refund of the advance payment.
• No-Show: In the event of a no-show, 25% of the total reservation value will be charged and is non-refundable.

Non-Seasonal Package Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy is applicable to all non-seasonal packages, which are available throughout the year. The policy that applies depends on the scheduled arrival date.

Arrival during High Season (1 November to 30 April):

• Advance Payment: A 25% advance payment is required prior to arrival to confirm the reservation.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a refund of the advance payment. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will not be eligible for a refund, and the 25% advance payment will be retained.
• No-Show: In the event of a no-show, 25% of the total reservation value will be charged and is non-refundable.

Arrival during Low Season (1 May to 31 October):

• Cancellation: Cancellations made prior to arrival will be eligible for a full refund.
